How we use business contact details for outreach

This notice is for people we contact about reporting work. Vizmask is a BI delivery practice led by Sadat Mohammed Khan, who personally oversees every engagement. Sadat Mohammed Khan is responsible for the information described here ("we").

What we hold. Your name, your role, your employer, your business email address or business profile, the date we found them and where we found them, and a record of any message we sent and any reply.

Where it came from. From a public business source: your company's website, a press release, a regulatory filing, a conference listing or a public professional profile. Some business contact details may come from business email-lookup or verification services. We record the source for every address. We do not buy lists, and we do not send to an address that is only a guess. If an address is not published, it must pass our verification and route checks before we consider using it.

Why we use it. To send a small number of individual messages about reporting work that may be relevant to your role. We rely on legitimate interests where the law allows it, and we do not send marketing email where your country requires prior consent.

Who sends it. Messages come from sadat@vizmask.com, written and sent by Sadat himself.

How long we keep it. If you don't reply, we stop after at most two follow-ups and keep only a minimal record so that we don't contact you again by mistake.

Your choices. Reply "no", or write to info@vizmask.com, and we will not contact you again. You can also ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, apart from the minimal record we keep so that we don't contact you again.
